Our Ordering Process
You can order furniture in two ways: first, by customizing any of our existing pieces from our website—adjusting size, finish, and configuration. Or second, by commissioning a purely custom piece from scratch.
For both options, we provide an upfront quote. If you choose a fully custom piece, we’ll give you a ballpark quote first. Once you approve that, we’ll create a custom design, which usually takes two to three weeks. After you approve all design details, we’ll send an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once that deposit is received, the lead time of 12 to 16 weeks begins, though we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline if you have specific needs.
We’ll provide a detailed shop drawing for your approval before any work begins. We also offer shipping options: we can arrange LTL shipping if you have a receiver, or white-glove delivery directly to a residence. You’re welcome to arrange your own shipping if you prefer. When your piece is nearing completion, we’ll confirm the shipping method and send a final invoice for the remaining balance and shipping costs. We ship once the final invoice is paid.
Finally, we’re always available for any questions about your piece, whether it’s about care, maintenance, or anything else that comes up down the line.
