Care Guide
Our furniture is crafted by hand from natural materials, and with proper care it will age beautifully. To clean, simply wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth; avoid any chemical cleaners or abrasive pads that could damage the finish. Keep away from heating vents or fireplaces, as excess heat can cause movement and cracking in wood. Maintaining a consistent indoor humidity of around 35–55% helps minimize natural expansion and contraction and will contribute to the long term stability. Always use coasters, pads, or felt protectors under hot, wet, or abrasive items, and avoid leaving liquids on surfaces for extended periods. For long-term maintenance and to refresh the finish, we recommend applying a high-quality furniture wax such as Renaissance Wax once or twice a year on any wear surfaces.
Materials & Disclaimer
We use the highest-quality natural materials, and with that comes the inherent beauty of variation. Differences in color, tone, grain, and texture are natural and expected — we celebrate these qualities as part of what makes each piece unique. Our cement pieces are hand-pigmented, and subtle shifts in color may occur from batch to batch. In wood, color and tonal variation is common even within the same species; please note that there can be variation from our material samples to your finished piece.
Every piece is built to be structurally stable and durable, using joinery designed to accommodate natural wood movement and the functional demands of the form. To ensure long-term integrity, please refer to and follow the guidelines outlined in our Care Guide.
